A mid-sized supplier of industrial measurement technology sees an increasing need for sales-supporting digital communications. Traditionally, digital channels were used for general public relations and reputation management. There is a lack of target group specific content assets, detailed information about product lines, an accompanying database and analytics to effectively control content management.

For the development of content assets and the derivation of an exemplary approach (blueprint) for further scaling, the company was looking for short-term support.
