Over 50 consultants currently work for GP+S Consulting – dedicated, expert, and entrepreneurial staff. These include consultants from our own GP+S team, staff from our 1,800-strong interim expert pool and specialists from partner companies. HISTORY
GP+S Consulting was founded in Bad Homburg v.d.H. near Frankfurt in 2001. Offices were opened in the USA and China in 2005. Today, we have a presence abroad with offices in Santa Fe (USA) and Singapore.
FOCUSSING ON PEOPLE
People decide whether changes will be successful and on the sustainable effectiveness of our projects. We take everyone involved with us, motivate them and empower them to “do it themselves”. We appreciate real cooperation on an equal basis.
METHODS & TOOLS
We work methodically and comprehensibly. We contribute methods and tools and sustainably anchor new topics and changes in companies. Our consultants have wide-ranging method and tool expertise, for example, scrum, design thinking, CAPAMAP™, customer journey mapping, change management and stakeholder management.
MEMBERSHIPS, COMMITMENTS AND NETWORK
We are actively committed to leading sector associations. For example, we have been active in BITKOM since 2002. We have been in BREKO since 2015 and have been involved in intensive dialogue with a number of universities in the Rhine-Main region.
We also have a worldwide partner network, which allows us to realize GP+S projects in almost all the economic centers of the world.
