Services are only well received when they are simple. The challenge of developing simple services in e-mobility is especially significant because there are so many stakeholders involved: Energy utilities, charging point operators, mobility services providers, filling station operators, hardware manufacturers and end customers, of course. In addition, the necessary breaks between digital and analogue touchpoints create challenges because user-friendly implementation is vital to success. For example, the transition from the charging point to the payment service must be intuitive and state of the art.
