Initial Situation
Driven by a cross-company transformation project, agile ways of working were introduced in several teams. The respective added value and the impact on the effectiveness of the work results were to be worked out at team level. The next step was to adapt abstract working principles to the specific task cuts of the respective teams.

- Identify the benefits of agile working methods & principles for the team
- Implementation in a workshop format with the entire team
- Derive implementation measures
- Validation and completion of the results of the benefit analysis by involving the individual team members and the entire team
- Joint development of implementation measures
- Implementation and consolidation
- Ongoing monitoring of the implementation of measures in order to create the transfer into everyday life.
- Assistance in focusing on structural and strategic issues, in addition to the operational business
- On-the-job training for a team member as a medium-term follow-up to external support

- Consolidation of agile methods and development of an agile mindset
- Training of a permanent companion/coach for the team
- Harmonizing the agile methods at team level with the agile strategy of the company
