Initial Situation

As part of a large-scale strategy program with the goal of greater customer centricity, the company was focusing on digitalization in customer service. As part of the restructuring and optimization measures, agile working methods were to be introduced in the teams. In addition to the fundamental communication of an agile mindset and the teaching of methodological skills, GP+S Consulting supported the teams in the operationalization and consolidation of agile working methods and the development of agile processes.
