A leading provider of business software wanted to facilitate the global marketing of his core products by using convincing references. Customer references are one of the most important and successful sales tools for software and other IT products. Reference customers from large enterprises in the key markets Asia, Europe, North and South America had to be secured for the customer videos. The recordings of the customer interviews were done in English and in the respective national language in order to use the video directly in the local market without further cost for translations.
