Initial Situation

The client is one of the leading providers of integrated ICT solutions for business customers – including IN services in particular. The company was planning to migrate its IN services platform to IP technology and wanted to use this technological transition to reposition its IN services portfolio and perform a complete re-launch. The company was looking for an experienced product manager to take over the role of an operational project manager for the re-launch.

GP+S supported the project through one of its implementation managers, who was able to bring in extensive experience in product development and specifically had know-how in marketing IN-based services.
