A leading energy company wants to bring data-driven business models to the market in the future and is developing a wide variety of business ideas for this purpose

The goal is to describe these business ideas to such an extent and to evaluate them using a driver logic that possible revenue potentials become tangible (indicative in the first step). It is important to classify the business model ideas by type and to ensure that they can be uniformly evaluated for comparison. On this basis, a decision should then be made on the further pursuit of individual business model approaches.
