After many years of working for and getting to know us, Cordula Böhm decided to become a shareholder in the company. In addition to the high-revenue Interim Management business run by her, as a Managing Partner she took over tasks in developing the consulting business and other cross-sectional tasks.
GP+S Consulting also started in the software business. After we had quickly reached the limits with existing standard applications when planning and controlling transformation projects, we developed the CAPAMAP solution. This allows us to help our clients to identify and structure the necessary business capabilities, as well as better transparency, communication and control of transformation projects.
