We organized an expert forum under the title “Mobile computing – real business or perennial hype?”. Today, “mobile first” goes without saying. In 2003, and thus one year before the start of the first 3G network (UMTS) and four years before the first iPhone was launched, the topic still had not been well-known.
And this is how we started our first larger client event, using a relatively new format. Ten representatives of companies from a variety of value-creating levels were invited – from mobile device manufacturers through security service providers, up to system integrators. There was an exciting discussion and mutual stimulation thanks to the different perspectives taken towards the topic.
