History
GP+S was founded in 2001 by Joerg Gerlach, Ulrich Porst and Klaus Steiner in Bad Homburg v.d.H., before the gates of Frankfurt, where the company’s head office is still located today. In 2005, we opened branch offices in San Francisco (USA) and in Shanghai (China). In 2006, the establishment of a branch office in Denver, Colorado, marked the foundation of our U.S. subsidiary, Gerlach, Porst + Steiner Inc.

Memberships and engagements
GP+S is an active member in numerous associations and organizations, such as BITKOM (since 2002) and BREKO (since 2015). Furthermore, we have maintained close ties to the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences for many years.
