15 years of digitization with GP+S

One of our very first contracts was a “digital project”: The conceptual design of a web presence for a global IT infrastructure provider. We asked potential visitors to the planned portal about their expectations. That was real-life “customer centricity” in 2001.

Looking back, we were always one step ahead of the mainstream. We look forward to collaborating with you to successfully shape the future through growth and innovation.

Since 2001

Customer Experience Management

Customer Experience Management

Our guiding principle of "thinking from the outside to the inside" was a key success factor in the design of a web portal in 2001.

Today, "Customer Centricity" and "Customer Experience Management" are strategic pillars for companies' digital business.

Cloud-Based Software (SaaS)

Cloud-Based Software (SaaS)

15 years ago, we predicted that Application Service Providing (ASP) had significant potential, and we drew up initial proposals.

Today, cloud-based services are mainstream.

Industry 4.0 Business Models

Industry 4.0 Business Models

Since 2002, GP+S has advocated the use of technology in a "total service offering" in order to focus on customer benefit rather than on functionalities.

This approach started with CAD/CAM solutions. Today, it extends to Industry 4.0 business models.

Since 2002

Data-Driven Revenue Models

Data-Driven Revenue Models

From the onset, we have supported customers in the use of CRM and BI for successful up-selling and cross-selling in their customer base.

Today, the focus is on customer profiling plus the development of data-driven revenue models.

Since 2003

Mobile First

Mobile First

In 2003, GP+S clients were looking for potential usage scenarios for B2B mobile solutions.

Today, "Mobile First" serves as a strategic objective in product development.

Internet of Things (IoT)

Internet of Things (IoT)

From as early as 2007, we have assessed the potential of machine-to-machine applications for global use.

Today, the Internet of Things supports a rich set of connections across corporate boundaries, thus driving completely new business models.

Since 2008

Smart Home

Smart Home

When we supported the first intelligent heating control project 8 years ago, this was a new emerging market.

Today, intelligent user guidance and a focus on customer benefit help drive the acceptance of Smart Home.

Since 2010

Smart Energy

Smart Energy

GP+S assessed digital business models for power companies well before the large-scale switch to renewable energy.

Today, we leverage knowledge ─ built over years ─  in consulting assignments focused on the digital transformation of the power industry.

Customer Journey Analysis

Customer Journey Analysis

It all started with "product acceptance tests" for new offerings.

Today, we perform "customer journey analyses" to better understand our customers and to establish offerings that provide the right fit.
