CAPAMAP ist eine Change-Management-Software der GP+S Consulting, einer Strategie- und Digitalisierungsberatung. Sie entstand aus der praktischen Projektarbeit. Das Ziel in diesem initialen Digitalisierungsprojekt war es, flexibler und effizienter mit den Kunden interagieren zu k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0Business und IT mussten die konkrete Ausgestaltung gemeinsam erarbeiten.<\/strong><\/p>\n


<\/strong>Die Zusammenh\u00e4nge zwischen allen Detaill\u00f6sungen digitaler Transformationsprozesse waren wichtig f\u00fcr die Steuerung des Programms.
